Block-by-block crowd control measures often mean 30–60 minutes to exit. Walking about 5 minutes to Korakuen Station (Marunouchi / Namboku Lines) is a reliable way to avoid the worst congestion.
Which exit to use at Suidobashi Station

Korakuen Station as an alternative departure point
