From Haneda Airport
From Haneda, the Tokyo Monorail or the Keikyu Line are convenient.

📱 Pre-registration is required
Pre-registration is required to enter TIB. Sign up in the official Tokyo Innovation Base app (or complete visitor registration on the day) and fill in your profile. Once registered, you can generate a QR code in the app and present it at the gate to enter. The same QR code is used when you leave.

🏢 Peak crowd times in the business district
Weekdays are especially crowded from 8:00 to 9:30 in the morning and from 17:30 to 19:00 in the evening due to commuter traffic. Give yourself extra time to get around.
