Tips Before You Visit

Use Higashi-shinjuku Station to Avoid the Crowds

The stretch of Okubo-dori in front of JR Shin-Okubo Station is regularly packed to overflowing on weekends and public holidays between roughly 11:00 and 20:00, with pedestrians spilling onto the road. The route from Higashi-shinjuku Station Exit A1 bypasses the main thoroughfare and is the quickest, least congested way to reach the venue.

Book Dinner in Advance for Post-Show Meals

Because K-Stage O! draws large K-pop crowds, restaurants in the surrounding Korean Town fill up quickly after shows, especially from 21:00 onward. For a post-show meal, either book in advance or look for smaller restaurants on the side streets off Okubo-dori.

Arrive Early

The venue is on the 3rd floor of K-SQUARE Building, accessible only by elevator, and the entry and exit space outside the building is limited. At busy events, queues start forming up to an hour before doors open, so plan to arrive with plenty of time to spare.

Use a Coin Locker for Bulky Luggage

If you plan to shop in the Korean Town before the event, bags can pile up quickly. JR Shin-Okubo Station has coin lockers. Navigating the crowded sidewalks with heavy luggage is difficult, so store bags before heading into the crowds.
