Fares, times and prices were checked on the operators' and venues' official sites on 15–20 October 2026. Bus times are from the October 2026 timetables; on exhibition days extra buses run and some stops are skipped. Check the official sites shortly before you travel.
Short answer: For Tokyo Big Sight, Tokyo Ariake Arena, PACIFICO Yokohama and Tokyo International Forum, fly into Haneda: each is one bus ride to the venue’s door or nearby, or under an hour by train. Makuhari Messe is the one venue with a direct bus from both airports, so either works. From Narita, only five buses a day go straight to Ariake (Big Sight and Ariake Arena); if your arrival doesn’t fit, take a taxi or go via your hotel. Many airport buses stop running back in the late afternoon, so if you fly out in the evening, plan the return trip too.
This guide is for travelers heading straight from the plane to the show floor with their luggage. If you are going to your hotel first, see “From Narita and Haneda to your Tokyo hotel”.
How do I get from Narita or Haneda to Tokyo Big Sight?
From Haneda, the Limousine Bus stops at “Tokyo Big Sight” itself for 1,000 yen. From Narita there is a Limousine Bus to Ariake for 3,100 yen, but only five a day.
From Haneda
| Option | Fare | Typical time |
|---|---|---|
| Limousine Bus, direct runs | 1,000 yen | about 25 min from Terminal 1, about 30 min from Terminal 2 |
| Limousine Bus, runs via the Odaiba hotels | 1,000 yen | about 40–50 min from Terminal 3 |
From Narita
| Option | Fare | Typical time |
|---|---|---|
| Limousine Bus to “Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel” (3 min walk to Big Sight) | 3,100 yen | about 80 min from Terminal 1 (five buses a day) |
| Airport fixed-fare taxi (no booking) | 28,000 yen + tolls | — |
| Tokyo fixed-fare taxi (booking required) | 21,000 yen (25,000 yen 22:00–5:00) + tolls | — |
- Haneda bus: from the international Terminal 3, buses that stop at Big Sight leave between 8:35 and 14:30 (October 2026 timetable). The 15:25 and 17:25 buses skip the Big Sight stop and stop next door at Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel instead. Buses that start at Terminals 1 and 2 skip Odaiba and arrive sooner. Later in the day, take the Ariake Garden/Toyosu bus (last from Terminal 3 at 22:25) or the train.
- By train: Tokyo Monorail to Tennozu Isle (390 yen from Terminal 3, 388 yen by IC card), then the Rinkai Line to Kokusai-Tenjijo (280 yen, 272 yen by IC card).
- Narita bus: only five buses stop in Ariake, leaving Terminal 1 at 9:45, 12:45, 14:30, 16:55 and 18:55 (5 minutes earlier from Terminal 2, 10 minutes earlier from Terminal 3). They also stop at Toyosu Station, Hilton Tokyo Odaiba and Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba. If your arrival doesn’t fit, a taxi or going via your hotel is quicker.
- Big exhibition days: extra Haneda ⇔ Big Sight buses may run, and the operator recommends booking ahead on the Limousine Bus booking site. The Big Sight stop has no ticket machine: without a booking, queue and pay cash or by IC card on board.
- Back to Haneda: the last bus from the Big Sight stop leaves at 17:45 (Terminal 3 at 18:15). After that, use Toyosu Station (last bus 20:15) or the train.
- Nearest stations: Tokyo Big Sight (Yurikamome), about 3 min on foot; Kokusai-Tenjijo (Rinkai Line), about 7 min.
- Taxi: Koto-ku (Ariake and Odaiba) is not covered by Haneda’s fixed fares, so a taxi from Haneda runs on the meter.
Entrances and hall details are in our Tokyo Big Sight venue guide, and nearby hotels in Recommended hotels near Tokyo Big Sight.

- Narita bus: the same five buses as for Big Sight (Terminal 1 at 9:45, 12:45, 14:30, 16:55 and 18:55) stop at Toyosu Station. From there, take the Yurikamome one stop to Shin-Toyosu and walk about 8 minutes.
- Nearest stations: Shin-Toyosu and Ariake-Tennis-no-Mori (Yurikamome), each about 8 min on foot. Kokusai-Tenjijo (Rinkai Line) is about 17 min.
- After an evening event: the last bus from Ariake Garden to Haneda leaves at 17:30, and the last from Toyosu Station at 20:15. After a concert or game, head to the airport or your hotel by train or taxi. The venue sometimes routes arriving and departing crowds differently to ease congestion.
- Taxi: Koto-ku, so the meter applies from Haneda.
Venue details are in our Tokyo Ariake Arena venue guide, and nearby hotels in Recommended hotels near Tokyo Ariake Arena.

- Narita bus: leaves Terminal 3 from 9:00 to 22:35 (Terminal 1 ten minutes later). No reservations: buy a ticket at the bus counter or machine before boarding, or pay by IC card. The bus also stops at hotels including Hotel Springs Makuhari, APA Hotel & Resort Tokyo Bay Makuhari and Hotel New Otani Makuhari.
- Back to Haneda: late-evening buses skip Makuhari Messe Chuo and the hotels, so board at Kaihin-Makuhari Station. The last bus leaves there at 22:45 (Terminal 3 at 23:32).

- Nearest station: Kaihin-Makuhari on the JR Keiyo Line, about 5 min on foot.
- Taxi: Narita’s fixed fares cover Tokyo’s wards, not Makuhari in Chiba City, so the meter applies.

How do I get from Narita or Haneda to PACIFICO Yokohama?
Fly into Haneda. Either take the direct bus to the hotel next to the venue (1,000 yen) or the Keikyu line to Yokohama Station and the Minatomirai Line (600 yen in total); both take under an hour. From Narita it is about two hours.

- Taxi from Haneda: Yokohama’s Nishi-ku and Naka-ku (Minato Mirai) have a fixed fare. The Terminal 3 taxi stand for Kanagawa is closed until 31 January 2027, so if you land on an international flight, go to the Terminal 1 or 2 taxi stand.
- Taxi from Narita: Narita’s fixed-fare taxis only cover Tokyo, so the ride to Yokohama is metered. For the trip back from Yokohama to Narita, Yokohama taxi companies offer a fixed fare (37,500 yen from Yokohama City, 44,500 yen 22:00–5:00, tolls extra).
- 6 November evening to 8 November morning 2026: N’EX runs only to and from Tokyo Station and does not go to Yokohama.

What should I watch out for on exhibition days?
On big exhibition days, the buses between the airports and the venues fill up.
- Extra Haneda ⇔ Tokyo Big Sight buses may run. From 26 to 30 October 2026, extra buses leave Haneda for Big Sight at 9:00, 10:25, 11:15 and 12:25; from 28 to 31 October, extra buses leave Big Sight for Haneda at 13:45, 15:30 and 17:30 (Limousine Bus notice). Book ahead on the booking site. Without a booking, at Big Sight you queue and pay on board, and wait for the next bus if it is full; at Haneda, buy a ticket for a set departure time from the machine in the 1st-floor arrivals lobby.
- On 24 October and 1, 15 and 23 November 2026, some Limousine Buses on the Ariake/Odaiba routes skip stops because of event traffic controls.
- Everyone leaves at closing time, and many airport buses stop running in the late afternoon. Check the last bus before the day starts.
Can I go to the venue with my suitcase?
The Limousine Bus loads bags under the vehicle, so big luggage is no problem on the way. At the venue, check the venue guide for cloakrooms and coin lockers. Exhibitors with sample cases should take the bus or a taxi.
Ride-hailing apps (GO, Uber, DiDi) work too. Every Haneda terminal has an app pick-up point. You can set the venue name as the destination, so there is nothing to explain in Japanese.
